Pathways to Health Care Workforce
Pathways to Health Care Workforce (PHCW) is a health career pipeline program for current graduating high school seniors and recent high school graduates under age 26. College is a great opportunity, but let’s be honest, it might not be the best option for everyone right out of high school. PHCW provides students not ready or interested in attending college right after high school an opportunity for employment and career exploration at a health care organization.
Accepted participants are required to attend at least 3 workforce development sessions. During the sessions, participants gain valuable skills necessary for successful employment and learn about the numerous opportunities available in the health care field. Participants will receive training in these key areas:
Identifying an Entry-Level Position(s) of Interest
Assistance Applying for Entry-Level Position(s)
Developing Successful Interview Techniques
Pathways to Health Care Workforce will guide participants through the entire application process. Once employed, participants will continue to receive career coaching and be encourage to further their career in the health care field.

Please allow 3-5 business days for application review, after your applciation has been reviewed you will be contacted for a meeting with the Program Director to disucces program expecations. After your accpetance, you will be notified of an orientation date.
Current or recent high school or GED graduate under age 26
